Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
I have a Pavilion G6-2312AX, bought in 2012 in the US. On 26th April 2022, I was installing an app while watching youtube. I checked on the installation. The video on youtube was buffering so i closed and reopened it. Suddenly all keys except the function keys stopped working. I tried restarting the laptop but to no avail. This was all very sudden, and urgent. PLEASE HELP.
