Hello
My keyboard is not responding during boot.
> Power on.
> message comes : press esc for the startup menu
> when I press esc. Start up menu comes.
> But after that, nothing works, no matter what I would press f10, f9 or else.
I am trying to reach boot menu. But failing due to this.
Thank you for your time.

@darwin_clown Welcome to HP Community!
Did you try with an alternate/external keyboard to check if that works? if not, please do.
If you don't have access to an extra keyboard, please perform the power reset (no data loss) using the steps from this link: click here
Once the power reset is done using the above link, you should be able to successfully perform the below steps:
1. Turn on the computer and Enter the BIOS via pressing the functions key(s) - F10 during a restart, once you see the PC brand logo screen.
2. Use the arrow keys and the Enter key to find out the USB Legacy Support feature. Enable the feature.
3. Press F10 to save the changes and then boot into Windows 10.
Let me know how that pans out,
