HP Laptop 15q-ds0010tu
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi sir,

Since last few days our system speed has decreased to much ,and it taking to much time at booting time and  also performing any task it showing lazyness. 🤦‍♀️😃

please help me🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

This is often a sign of a failing hard drive.

 

If your PC is new enough to support UEFI, you can use these steps to test the hard drive: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00439024

If not, to check the drive you have to follow these steps:
1) Press Esc key repeatedly, several times a second, while rebooting the laptop. Do NOT hold the key down, just press it over and over.
2) Eventually, you will see an HP Startup Menu -- that will look similar to the image below ...

3) press the Function key for testing the hard drive (usually F2) and let it run.

Please report back the test results.

LAPTOP has gone to slow.

In BIOS setup menu there is no option of 'Diagnostics' and not also about any 'Disk test'

Then ?

 And the option showing 1.Main 2.Security 3.System conf. 4.Exit only.

You're looking at the wrong menu.  That's the BIOS setup menu, not the HP Startup Menu.

LAPTOP has gone to slow.

Sorry , I was in wrong menu,

But now I have run the "Hard drive test" and result got

    Hard Drive SMART Check : PASSED

   Hard Drive Short DST Check: PASSED

 then what now🤔
