Product: HP Notebook 15-f211wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP 15-f200 Notebook PC (Touch) will not boot or run USB recovery.  Both white and red LED lights on side of Notebook blink 1 one short blink and then 1 one long blink over and over again.  Code Key Table do not show 1/1.   Request info on one short and one long blink.  Thanks

This sounds like hardware related issue with the computer as it's not powering on. 

I would request you to reach out to our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options in order to diagnose the computer physically. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/

 

Note: Disconnect all the connected devices from the computer including power cord and try to turn it back on after few hours sometimes this fix the issue.
