Product: HP 15 ENERGY STAR
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My HP 15 seems to be locked up. I can get to the 'sign in ' part where you put the password in but it won't let me put in my password. The computer comes on and the cursor moves but I can't get into my computer.

See if you can log on via the on screen keyboard - at the sign in screen, click the Ease of Access icon ( lower right corner ) and select On-Screen Keyboard.
