Product: HP Laptop - 15-ef0025wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My hp laptop 15-ef0025wm suddenly shut down as I was using it and when I turned it back on it showed a black screen and the caps lock blinking 5 long blinks and 3 short. Sometimes if I leave it off for a while and turn it back on it functions normally for a little bit, but then shuts down and does the same thing again. I’ve tried hard resetting it several times but every time it either works for a little bit and then shuts down again or works for a little bit and then gives me a blue screen of death with an error message that says UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP. I am really not sure at all what could be causing the issue so any help would be greatly appreciated.
