HP Pavilion - 14-ce0068st
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I have hp 14-ce0068st, I bought a new crucial P2 3D NAND NVMe Pcie M.2 SSD 250 GB, for the laptop, I read the manual and it says NVMe are supported, but when I installed M.2 my computer starts crashing before it even boots, what could be causing the problem.

Thank you!

@Tejas0071

My experience with Crucial P2 same for M.2 SATA MX500: I had to initialize the drive before I could be able to use. You can initialize it using Crucial guide

Hi Banhien,

The problem is I can't even boot into the windows when I install the M.2, my computer crashes before it even turns on so besically I can't get access to my computer, but when I remove the M.2 my computer boots just fine, I don't know why its doing that.
