Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My laptop won’t charge or turn on.

It was working fine and the battery started to drop. Seemed normal. Plugged it in and would not charge.

Now the battery is dead.  It won’t turn on or charge at all.

Move tried the hard reset multiple times.  Integrated battery so all I can do is press the power button and hold. Tried that and no dice.

The charging indicator is not coming on. It’s not charging at all.

I’ve only had the lap top 90 days.

What else can I do to get it to charge so I can turn it back on.

Sorry, but there simply may be nothing you can do at this point -- since with some laptops, if the battery dies completely, it will not recharge and the PC will not boot, as a result.

You paid for free HP Tech Support as part of the warranty coverage, so you might as well make use of it.
While this PC is still under warranty, you should contact HP Customer Support directly to have them put you in touch with HP Technical Support to see what they can do about troubleshooting and repairing your machine remotely.

If they are unable to fix your PC, then you need to explore what options you have to get it replaced under the warranty.
