The keyboard is not working on the laptop.

Check to see if there is a hardware problem: Watch this video.
Tap the ESC key after powering on. Tap it once a second after you see the LEDs on the keyboard flash. When you see the startup menu, press F2 to run diagnostics.

If a component fails during the UEFI test then Click here to check warranty

 

If a key fails it is possible to replace a key.. 

For the entire keyboard go here and and enter your serial number and look for the keyboard part.

 

If it just fails in windows then us the touch screen to re-enable the keyboard.

To enable a disabled laptop keyboard, use Device Manager to enable the device or update/reinstall its drivers. If the keyboard is locked, try holding down the Fn and Scroll Lock keys, or the right Shift key for 8-10 seconds. For unresponsive keys or accessibility issues, check your Windows settings under "Ease of Access" and disable Sticky Keys or Filter Keys.
