Laptop Not Turning On

My laptop won't turn on. I plug the charger in and the light turns red. If I push on the power button the light goes off. I bought another charger and the same thing. It did glow white for a little bit but went off. Is it the battery or is it possibly something broken inside the charger port? Thank you.

Hello, you can try to make an hardware reset. For this you need to unplug your AC adapter, and your PC's battery if removable, and press during 30 seconds Power button with any power. 

After replug PC's battery and AC adapter and tell me color of the LED alongside AC connector (on your PC).

If you have a problem with your charger port, I think you want to have any light between the connector, and it is a probem with your battery your computer need to boot if you make an hardware reset and not insert your battery.

Hello, so it is difficult to know what is exactly the problem.. Do you have tried without the battery??

Yes I have tried without battery and it will not turn on.

Unfortunately you don't have informations about the problem, alimentation integrated on your motherboard, or other.. 

The PC is not warranty?? You can use your manual to try to remove components (RAM...) to try..:
