Ok so I have a HP chromebook 14 laptop

model 14-ca052wm prodID 4AL77UA.

Now my screen is frozen/stuck on w white screen with the chrome logo and "chrome" right beside it. I dont know what to try or how to reset or anything. Anybody please help.

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

 

 

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

 

2)Select the product type.

 

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

 

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

 

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

so my brother just bought a laptop last Saturday and all was well till this morning.  The screen is frozen, he can't turn it off,

it is doing absolutely nothing...HELP
