I use a 4 year old HP 15 AC650TU laptop. My laptop shutdowns randomly while working. There's no specific time for shutdown. It may be 5 min or 1 hour or may be hours and the laptop randomly shutsdown. There's no message or any information on the screen. It goes off like unplugging the power cable. There's no problem with fan. There was a problem with CMOS battery and it's being replaced. There is a system diagonostic failure result in BIOS. I have posted it below:IMG_20200307_203534.jpg

Hi @kishoreuk2008

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the error - 0500. This error is related to the BIOS.

Please try these steps to recover the BIOS - HP Notebook PCs - Recovering the BIOS (Basic Input Output System)

Also, try updating the computer using these steps -

Step 1 Windows Updates -

1) In the search box, type and open Windows Updates.

2) Check for updates.

3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Step 2 HP Support Assistant Updates -

1) In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant.

2) Check for updates.

3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
