The product specs for your notebook indicate that it came with FreeDOS from HP.
HP Notebook - 15-bs021ne Product Specifications | HP® Support
According to the driver page, the notebook is supported by HP for W10 64 bit only:

If you are installing the latest version of W10 (22H2) use the latest W10 version drivers from the support page for any devices that need drivers.

You're very welcome.
I've already explained to you what you need to do.
If you installed W10 22H2, it appears the latest drivers available on the support page are for W10, 1909, so you would use those.
As far at the huge list of chipset and graphics drivers, you also use the latest ones where Skylake is included in the description, since your notebook has an Intel Skylake processor.
W10 should be automatically installing most of the drivers you need for your notebook automatically.
