Thanks alot the patiance and effort !
Overall it seems to work much better (i’d say about 90% as good as in the beginning), browsing works better on Chrome compared to Microsoft Edge, but the video editing softwer still don’t work 😞 the (what I tried is Play memories home from Sony and Movavi Video editor) video previews in editing mode stutters, it’s almost imposible to edit anything

Ok, for everyone else having this issue, this is HOW I FIXED it: After trying to reset the PC BUT choose the “keep my personal files “ option, it failed.Laptop worked slightly better but still slow.
I tried resetting again, but wiping off ALL files and ALL drivers and documents and everything.I reinstalled manually from Hp support site all drivers compatible with my processor type (Kaby Lake) .It works now .

Best thing about HP so far is the customer support, i love it and this convinced me to not return the laptop or send it to warranty, I’m glad I did not, because I really love the laptop as well 🙂 .
