Hi everyone,

 

I have been experiencing issues with my laptop lately. Whenever the laptop is placed into sleep, it would not wake up unless I restart it using the power buttons.

 

I have tried enabling allow keyboard to wake device, restoring power plan to default, making sure all of my drivers and windows are updated. But so far no luck. 

 

It would be awesome if anyone here can solve the problem for me.

It may be due to a problem with the computer’s battery settings.
