Hello, I want to install Window to new laptop "HP Laptop 14-ep0024ua (91L03EA)" . I have enabled USB Boot in bios. But in boot menu (F9) not USB Drive item. I tried write several diferent USB Flash with 2.0 and 3.0. All USB Flash work correct in enother notebook, install Windows 11 start correct, but new laptop do not see any flash. I can not install Windows. Please help start installation.

Hi:
See if enabling secure boot in the BIOS works for you.
You need Secure boot to be enabled in order to install W11 because that is a W11 hardware requirement set my Microsoft.
Another thing you can do if enabling secure boot doesn't get the USB flash drive to show up, would be to download the W11 ISO file instead and use the free Rufus utility to transfer the ISO file to a USB flash drive so that it is bootable.
Rufus - Create bootable USB drives the easy way
Set Rufus up the way you see it in the illustration for Windows installations (GPT partition scheme) UEFI.
Rufus writes some EFI files to the USB flash drive, so maybe that will work.

Thank you so much!
Secure boot enabling not helped.
But using Rufus utility to transfer the ISO file to a USB flash drive help and Windows installation started.
Initialy i used to transfer the ISO file to a USB flash UltraISO utility and that's why it didn't work.
