Laptop Model: 15-da0046nr  /  Prod ID: 3VN48UA#ABA

 

I bught this notebook, and when first open the system hangs and reboot constantly. So I tried to access BIOS and the BIOS ask me to type a password (thing I never did). After 3 tries says: System Disabled with this code number: 85216576

I don´t want to open the laptop.

When I came home, the first thing I did, was power on the laptop and type your code...and when I see the Bios menu a tear came out of my eye.
