Laptop does not boot

HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Krazy Toad - I tried the method you have recommended. After hitting F11 repeatedly, it only shows “F11... System Restore” at the bottom left corner of the screen. And it just stays there, does not move forward even after leaving it like this for an hour.

 

What do you recommend?
