Good morning, I have a problem with a laptop
Laptop model: hp 15-da0013la
The problem arose when I changed the battery of the laptop.
Every time I want to turn on the laptop, I have to have the charger plugged in.
I did an experiment, turn off the laptop, without closing the lid.
After 10 min I pressed the power button and the laptop booted without problems.
Then turned off the laptop again and proceeded to close the lid.
After 10 min I reopened the lid and pressed the power button.
The laptop did not start, to get it to turn on, I had to connect the charger.
The laptop took longer than usual to turn on, I noticed that the bios was reset by closing the lid.
I did another experiment, turn off the laptop without closing the lid.
I placed a magnet near the lid sensor for about 5 seconds.
After 10 min the laptop didn't turn on either.
I reconnected the charger, the laptop took longer than usual to turn on and the bios had been reset.
From what I saw, this problem happens when I close the lid of the laptop.
Is there any way I can fix this?
I hope you can help me, thank you very much in advance
