Envy 17 17t-j000
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When attempting to boot, the lights on the keyboard is on but nothing shows on screen; even the HP logo does not come up.

Can't remember any new installation recently.

Thanks

Hi @Nik2019

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the boot issue.

To better assist you - Were there any recent changes made to the computer?

While you respond to that, try these steps -

1) Shutdown the computer.
2) Unplug all the Adapter and peripherals connected.
3) Remove the Battery.
4) Press and hold down the power button for 15 to 20 seconds.
5) Plug-in the Adapter and put the Battery back into the computer.
6) Try to turn on the computer.

Also, try a BIOS restore - HP Notebook PCs - Recovering the BIOS (Basic Input Output System)

If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
