Product: HP ProBook 470 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

my Laptop HP ProBook 470 G3 doesn't turn on anymore. There is only this Power LED Blink Code given: 10 times red and 1 time white. I can't find a solution for this blink code in the manuals or in the internet.

 

I've tried a hard reset, but it doesn't help.

 

Maybe you can tell me, if I have to replace the mainboard or the battery?
