- When I charge my laptop and when I press the power button the f12 key lights amber orange it’s not booting up or turning on

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I see that there is an amber light on your F12 key and you are not able to boot your system into Windows. Please be assured that we are here to help you with it.
May I know from when are you facing this issue?
Did you make any changes to it?
Please note that the wireless light is amber when all wireless devices are OFF. Since you are not able to boot into Windows, I would suggest you please follow the steps shared in the link here and let me know the outcome of it.
