Hello!
I need help please. My laptop shut off and wouldn't start to windows. I did the instructions and failed the Components Test. It prompted the 24 digit Failure ID.
I found out that my Optane Memory failed. Can anyone help me?
Before my computer shut off, i had some files in the recycle bin i wanted to retrieve. Is it still possible to restore my files from recycle bin. Also are my files in the drive ok?

If you are getting the 24 digit failure code. That part has to be replaced.
