Unable to get to start screen, ran the quick test and received the failure ID 

OLVL9D-BAGC1T-XD7X7F-409003 under memory quick check. How can I proceed to fix the issue?

HP Customer Support - Service Center

 

Normally an error code like that means that there is a defective memory chip that needs to be replaced.

 

Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the memory removal and replacement procedure.
