Hey, I just got an HP Spectre x360 14 with windows 11 and an i7 12th gen processor. With like one month of use or so, the laptop started glitching and freezing. It would just hang until you perform a hard shut down using the power button. I had an anti-virus installed to see if the problem was such but turns out it wasn't. Having had that installed, some security features (in the settings app) were turned off, and when I turned on one of those. The problem was momentarily fixed. I turned on another security feature and came back to square one. I lastly tried a factory reset on the laptop, and now the laptop only shows a black screen with "Waiting" written and a loading symbol. Nothing else happens. Please advise me if there's any fix that I can try on it. I'd really appreciate the help.

Hi @Parth-Valand04
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I see that you are facing freezing issues with your HP Spectre X360 13.5 Inch 2-In-1 Laptop PC 14-Ef0000 RCTO Base Model.
Please follow the steps listed below for BIOS recovery:
1. Turn off the computer and keep the power adapter plugged in.
2. Press and hold the Windows key and the B key at the same time, and then press and hold the power button for 2 to 3 seconds.
3. Release the Power button but continue pressing the Windows and B keys. You might hear a series of beeps.
4. The HP BIOS Update screen displays, and the recovery begins automatically. Follow any on-screen prompts to continue the start up to complete the recovery.
