Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I inadvertently left my laptop on overnight and the screen is frozen with the hp logo and the turning wheel that indicates it is working on something. I have tried the escape key, alt+f4, and Carl+alt+delete with no success. How do I recover from this?
