Product: HP pavillion Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, the hard drive on my pavillion laptop ( product id : VOX62EA#ABU) is dying, taking hours to boot and  constantly trying to scan/repair the disk. i ran the tools and got error message GUTUX1-8ASAHH-MFPX6J-J0Q803. It seems the C drive is on the way out but where can i get it replaced/serviced in the London area? I have looked everywhere for a way to contact HP service with no luck, surely they have a service/repair email address? many thanks for any help.

Sorry, but as far as I know, HP does not provide any email contact information.

 

The only UK contact info we are allowed to provide is the following: http://support.hp.com/gb-en/contact-hp/
