Product: HP 15-ac026TX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi
I am using HP laptop 15-ac026TX, while using laptop got hanged and was non responsive. I hard booted it by switching off the power button. When I am turning it on now, it's not displaying anything. In background I can hear fan, and clicking sound probably from hard disk just for 30 second.
Can you please help me troubleshooting this.
Thanks
Soheb

Thanks for the reply. Can you help me with this?
I was referring this article, https://support.hp.com/lt-en/document/c03467259 but as there is no display, this is not helpful here.

Hi,
i was hoping that computer would at least let u get into bios or diagnostics, i you are not able to acces bios then it is h/w issue.
try this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L7FvZ-JduRM
memory reset can also resolve the problem . if not getting dispaly , try reseating the lvds cable.
