Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was doing format of my pavilion windows 10 laptop but it went wrong it stopped at 74% I did wait for 2,3 hours but no progress so I did forced shutdown. Now I got into a problem my laptop gets stuck on powering on, screen only shows the logo, what should I do?
