Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, My friend have a hp pavilion G4 1303au. And it's not shutting down. When he press windows button then select shutdown, it's not shutting down, actually then lockscreen appears then he gave his password then laptop getting unlocked. After again we were trying to shutdown the laptop, it's again black screen appears then lockscreen appears. Then we were trying to reset the laptop. And in the reset dialogue box we choose keep my files then press next it shows that " No Changes were made" error. What we do? Plz help.
