My laptop runs Linux just fine, but if I try to boot up windows 10, tiny 10 or 11, it just freezes during the windows loading screen thing. The circle spins and then just freezes forever. The laptop stays on but it just stuck.

I use both Win11 and Tiny11, and as far as I know, you can't actually boot into Windows using either of those; instead, you boot into a Windows installer.  With Win11 or Tiny11, my guess would be that your laptop does not meet the Win11 hardware requirements imposed by MS, but with Win10, that should not be an issue.

When you go into the boot selection screen, does it see the USB stick and allow you to select it?
