Product: HP Stream 11 Pro G2 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Computer suddenly shut down last night. Assumed it was low power. Left it charging overnight. Tried to start it up this morning, nothing. Power button blinking, with light on caps lock slow blink 5, fast blink 3

I received it over three years ago and it hasn't been giving me major issues until now. It was a refurbished laptop, so I may need to replace it if all other options fail. Now that I use it for school, it's important I get this resolved asap
