Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello ,

My laptop "  hp pavillion x360 convertible pc , model : 13 - u107nx " is not switching on .

Today i was downloading something on it and the power was plugged in and suddenly the screen turned off after some minutes i pressed the space bar but nothing happened and the system lights and charging lights were off.

I tried to switch it on in many ways by plugging in also but it neither shows charging light nor it is switching on , but still  i can feel that the charger  is  little warm and the backside of the laptop is also a little warm so but still there is no charging light and the laptop does not turn on or show any light.

Note :  recently  ( 1 day ago ) i  have installed win 10 home from Microsoft website although i had win 10 home on my laptop from factory but  still i wanted to get rid of all my data so i installed a new copy of windows 10 home and selected keep nothing in options and installed . Please also note that i have deleted old windows files after installing windows 10 home now .

I have mentioned everything to make it easier for you to understand and diagnose my problem .

Please help me out as soon as possible.

I am very panic .

Thank you

@Abdulaziz1,

Thank you for posting your query on HP Community,

Have you tried to use a different compatible charger and check if it helps?

In the meantime, let's try these steps here:

Let's start off by performing a Hard reset on the notebook

Before power resetting your computer, do the following:

  1. Disconnect or remove all peripheral devices. Start up the laptop and test the computer by itself, and then reconnect one peripheral device at a time.

  2. Turn over the computer and look for a battery compartment door.

You may follow the steps suggested in this support document for - HP PCs - No Power or No Boot Guided Troubleshooter

Let me know how it goes for further assistance.
