Few days ago I had an auto update in my laptop named Cumulative Update which was asking for a restart but when it restarted the screen was black and cooling fan was running at full speed I pressed power button for few seconds to turn laptop off and after an hour I turned it on and it was working. Later I was watching YouTube when I left my laptop for a few minutes and it went to sleep mode and when I came back and turned it on it did the same thing (black screen and fan running) and I did the same to get it in working which worked but today I turned off my laptop and immediately after turning it off I had to turn it on again for some reason but again it did that black screen thing. At this rate I can conclude that my laptop can't start immediately after a shutdown, it requires a gap of at least half an hour. I don't know why it is happening it was all fine before that update please can anyone help me with that.
The laptop is HP Elitebook 840 G5 core i5 8th Gen
Operation System : Microsoft Windows 11
