Hi, 

My laptop is not turning on. When I'm plugging in the AC adapter, charging orange light is showing, but the power button white light keeps blinking every 5 seconds.

I opened the back cover as it's non removable battery. I disconnected the internal cable connecting to the battery and did hard reset. It did not work. The fan is starting, stopping and repeating the same process.

Battery is slightly bulged, but I don't think battery is the issue, since it should work after disconnecting the battery otherwise. 

Please help me someone. I have exam coming soon and I need my laptop to write the exam!!!

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
