Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 laptop is not turning on when pressed power button 

When power button is pressed it's led light gets turn on for about 3 seconds then gets off and nothing starts .

Before this issue came up there was  some problem with charging led light which was turning white even charger is not plugged and when charger got plugged it turned off. 

Now the laptop is not turning on even when charger is plugged and charging led light is turned white when charger is plugged indicating full charge

I have tried 15 second, one minute pressing the power button but nothing happened. 

The battery is non removable .
