Laptop not turning on

Product: Hp pavilion G6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Dear hp community,

When I turn on my hp laptop, all the lights ( Caps lock, wifi, etc.) turn on.

After that fan noise can be heard.

But the screen remains blank.

I took it to a service center nearby. They connected my laptop to some other moniter. The other moniter too, remained blank.

They couldn't say what the problem is.

They need money to look into the matter.

Please help me.
