Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop does not turn on, and I have tried many things. First, the situation - when turned on, the fans spin, the power button lights up and stays lit. However, the screen remains black, and the Caps Lock key blinks 3 times slow, the 2 times fast. The charging light constantly blinks, even when powered off, and it blinks 5 times, then repeats. I have tried - hard resetting, swapping out the battery and just trying to use the cable - and vice versa. When plugging in the cable, the light briefly turn red before blinking. I have replaced and tried different Ram, which I know work. I am looking for some more things I can try to fix it in time for school. Thank you for any help you can provide, and please ask any questions if you need
