Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Notebook (HP Notebook - 15-ac647tu) is not turning on even when I plugged in the charger. Further, the charging indicator placed near charging point is showing red light(non-blinking). How to fix the issue.

This seems to be a Hardware issue with the Motherboard. I suggest you contact HP Support for Service Options

 

Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ and select your Country to get the Contact details for HP Support
