Product: HP EliteBook x360 1030 G3 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
My laptop - hp elitebook - won’t turn on and I can see no sign that it still works, except that after I hold the power button on the side for about 20 seconds, the caps lock light lights up for about 3 seconds then turns off again. I have tried several different chargers and still nothing

@Sam438 -- if you have tried with the battery inserted, try with the battery removed.
If you purchased the computer within the last 12 months, contact HP Support, to start a claim against the HP Warranty. HP will repair/replace your computer, at their expense.
