Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I've been trying for awhile to get my laptop to turn on. It died over the weekend and now when I boot it up, I head the laptop working, but I just get a black screen. Interestingly, I can see my cursor with a loading wheel that I can move around the screen. I've tried all the different types of resets I can find but can't get it to work.
