Hi guys,

 

My ZBook Power G7 has recently started crashing when I touch my fingerprint reader before Windows has completely booted up. If I touch it before the lock screen background has appeared, my laptop instantly dies and doesn't want to turn on for a while. If I touch it afterwards, it works just fine without any issues. The BIOS and drivers are all up to date. What can I do to prevent this issue from happening again?
