Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So, one of my colleagues is using a Probook 445 G8 (Ryzen 7) with the larger Travelhub Dockingstation for the network switch.

The issue is now that it keeps restarting when shut down as long as the dock is connected. I already inquired previously with the support from HP on the topic that it is listed as a dockingstation with charging capability but it doesnt charge even when connected to the appropriate HP cable. Also the restart "on system failure" in advanced system settings is deactivated, windows updates are up to date and quickstart is disabled.

 

I would like to know if any of you got a suggestion on what to do about this issue, is it a potentially faulty hardware issue on side of the dockingstation or whatever else it might be. if further details are needed let me please know.
