HP Recommended

Laptop screen goes black. Happens only once in a while.  I thought it was only during Zoom calls but It happened when I was not on a Zoom call. The light on the power buttom goes off and the light by the charging port goes off.

 

Coud it be overheating?

 

Is there a way to tell?
