While working in the laptop, if I connect to my charger my Laptop shuts down automatically . I am facing this issue for around 2 Months. I took my Lap to nearby service center and they couldn't able to sort it out. Because of this problem I am unable to use my Laptop while charging.

Hi @Santhosh_K
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
As I understand the laptop shuts off when AC power adapter is plugged in, it works fine on battery power but as soon as you connect it to AC adapter, the laptop turns off. i am glad to help you today.
Please go to the link and update bios : https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-15s-du1000-laptop-pc-series/29159337/model/21000...
Try testing the battery using this link : https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_6798672-6170254-16

Try with the alternate charge if possible.
Possible cause:
1. Power adapter failure.
2. Motherboard failure.
Possible troubleshooting steps and repair solution:
First of all, test the power adapter. Make sure the adapter outputs correct voltage. It’s possible that the output voltage is not correct and the laptop shuts down to prevent the damage. Test your laptop with another known good power adapter.
If the problem still exists, even after replacing the adapter, most likely it’s the motherboard failure. Replace the motherboard.
Hope this helps!
