Product: HP Notebook - 15-bs033cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop locks and shuts down by itself I can fully charge my battery but once it gets to in between 50 and 70%, that's when my laptop turns off now mind you I just bought and replaced the battery to the laptop but for some reason it keeps shutting down by itself

(1) Download and install

HP Support Assistant (Microsoft Apps Store)

or

HP Support Assistant 9.19.52.0

 

(2) Start <HP Support Assistant>

- Run <Battery Check>

- Click on <Show advanced information>
