Product: HP Notebook - 15-db1100ny
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Help, my laptop was suddenly off this morning and now when I start it, it is stuck in the loading screen (hp logo and the circling dots)

I have tried:

- Rebooting (including the "wait for 15 sec method")

- doing a scan (came out clean)

- installing a new bios through usb (didn't work)

- when I press F11 to do a recovery I only get al black screen (and an oversized cursor when O move the touch pad)

 

Please help

Either there were problems with overheating in the past or the hard drive is partially defective.
