Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently cleaned the dust off my laptop's fans and after trying to restart it, it's been stuck on a black screen. The fans turn on and occasionally it turns off with a beep right before turning off. I did try a hardware reset but still no luck. I have a hp Omen-15, model number: dh0135TX.
