My HP Envy laptop has suddenly stopped working. I turned my laptop on and the below screen was showing. I have tried all of the advanced options to restore my laptop, with no avail. I can’t get through the automated system to try and contact HP, as it will not accept my product or serial number. Is there any telephone number to contact HP directly?
It is not helpful when I do not know exactly what the issue is with my laptop, I know from running diagnostic tests it is a software issue. However, I do not know how to fix my laptop or what has stopped it working in the first place.
Any help around how I can contact and speak to a tech support agent would be much appreciated.

Follow this link and try performing a complete system recovery. I believe you are aware that this process will take it back to the factory settings and please take a back up of the data before proceeding with it.
