Product: HP Laptop PC 15-dw3000 (1A3Y0AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I was playing a game with the laptop plugged in and charging when it suddenly turned off, no lights on screen or side indicating it’s on and charging also the fan suddenly stopped, I decided to just put it away as I normally would (unplugged and in the box it came in).
The next day I pressed the power button but it didn’t do anything, I plugged it in and pressed the power button again but it stayed off and the lights indicating power and charging were also off. I held the power button for 10 seconds and still nothing.
